At Harmona, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including: account registration details (name, email, organization), survey responses, MBTI assessment answers, and usage data. Anonymous survey responses are stored separately and cannot be linked back to individual users.
We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain the Harmona platform, generate aggregated well-being analytics for your organization, deliver personality insights through MBTI assessments, send you notifications and updates about your account, and improve our services.
Anonymous surveys on Harmona are truly anonymous. We use technical measures including data separation, k-anonymity thresholds, and aggregate-only reporting to ensure that individual survey responses can never be traced back to a specific employee. Department-level reports are only generated when a minimum number of responses is met.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: with your organization's administrators (aggregated data only, never individual anonymous responses), with service providers who assist in operating our platform, and when required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, regular security audits, role-based access controls, and SOC 2 compliance. We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) for all data processed within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We retain your personal data for as long as your organization maintains an active account. Survey responses are retained for analytics purposes but can be purged upon request. When an account is terminated, all associated data is deleted within 90 days.
