Refund Policy

At Harmona, we want you to be fully satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued for our subscription plans.
1. Free Trial
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to the features of your selected plan at no charge. No payment is collected during the trial, so no refund is necessary if you decide not to continue. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans: - You may request a pro-rated refund within the first 7 days of any billing cycle - The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the current billing period - Refund requests made after the first 7 days of a billing cycle are not eligible for a refund, but you may cancel to prevent future charges - Your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
3. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans: - Full refund: Available within the first 14 days of the subscription start date or renewal date - Pro-rated refund: Available within the first 30 days of the subscription start date or renewal date, calculated based on the unused months remaining - After 30 days, annual subscriptions are not eligible for refunds, but you may cancel to prevent automatic renewal - Your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current annual billing period after cancellation
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team: - Email: support@harmona.app - Subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Organization Name]" - Include your account email address and the reason for your request Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
5. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved: - Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days - The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider - You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
6. Refund Method
All refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method or account than the one originally used.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: - Fees for billing periods where the 7-day (monthly) or 30-day (annual) refund window has passed - Custom enterprise contracts with separately negotiated terms - Any add-on services or consulting engagements that have been fully delivered - Account credits or promotional discounts
